Order Fulfillment

Thank you for supporting Asmi and our mission to empower women thought sustainable fashion. As a slow fashion brand, each garment is made with care and intention, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and ethical production practices.

Because of this, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your garment to be made before it is shipped to our fulfillment center. Once received, we will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days.

Our office and warehouse operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday, including expedited shipping orders.

Made-to-Order Timeline

• Garment Production: Up to 3-4 weeks
• Processing & Packing: 3-5 business days
• Shipping Transit Time: Varies based on selected shipping method

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to states where Asmi is required to collect sales tax will include applicable taxes at checkout, in accordance with local tax regulations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Asmi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
